FROG Ferry Performance Survey Results

The Ferry Riders Opinion Group (FROG) conducted an Online Survey of Washington State Ferry riders in March and April of this year. Riders were asked to give feedback regarding their experience riding ferries during the Winter travel period (December 28, 2014 to March 21, 2015).
There was a total of 2,474 interviews and data was weighted by route and boarding method based on the last trip taken.
