Sponsored by the San Juan County Arts Council and our local business supporters, this summer’s event marks the second annual ongoing festival, to be found poppin’ off at the Brickworks Plaza in Downtown Friday Harbor, on San Juan Island, the four Fridays in August, from 4-10 PM.
