Taught by:
Katerina Wen, RYT, M.Ed. Dipl. Hom., develops and teaches self-care courses to educators, hospice caregivers, yoga/movement teachers, and health providers. In addition to her 20 years of teaching, she shares personal wisdom from her own healing journey: the road to recovery from injuries and multiple health challenges. She provides guidance and expertise that empower people to be more self reliant in taking care of their health and wellbeing.
