Organ Health: Inner Fitness & Self-directed health care

What is the relationship between your liver and the flexibility of your muscles, tendons and joints? Which parts of your nervous system most affect your balance, poise, and athleticism? In what way does clear self-expression (speaking your mind) support a clear complexion and a healthy immune response?

In this workshop series, we will focus on nourishment and protection for the vital organs (Brain, Heart, Lungs, Liver, Stomach, Spleen/Pancreas, Intestines, Kidney/Bladder).

The preservation of your muscles, joints and bones depends 100% on the health of your vital organs. Healthy vital organs guarantee extended quality of life! Are you curious to know how each of your organs affects your moods, even shapes your decision making? In this workshop you will gain such understanding. You will also learn fluid movements and breath work specially designed for the optimal health of your organs.

You will learn which foods, spices, herbs and supplements provide key nourishment for specific organs. And you will be introduced to the subtle affinities and correspondences between colors, seasons, times of the day and your internal organs. This is the “soul” aspect of the organs, connecting you with nature and the greater cosmos. You will develop a kinship with these invaluable recesses of your body and realize the beautiful orchestration within!

  • The relationship between the organs
  • How emotions effects the health of our organs
  • How does the health of organs effect joint mobility, strength and flexibility?
  • Self-directed health care: optimal foods, herbs and health tips for the organs
  • Self-Care made easy: life style, thinking patterns, breath and movements
