A Few Highlights From The Fourth of July Parade

A few highlights from San Juan Island’s Fourth of July Parade…
Hooray for the red, white, and blue…
Dressed for the occasion…
Kings Market threw candy. BooBoo threw punches!
The Lions played jazz and the Labbies played bull kelp.
There were Golden Retrievers galore…
Pirates and mermaids blew bubbles…
Mara of Mamabird Farm handed out sweetpeas…
It wouldn’t be a parade without tractors and fire engines…

The parade was fantastic. I come every year from Lynden. It is fun to see familiar faces as I used to live in Friday Harbor.
