Meeting Agenda:

  1. Citizen comments/requests: Citizens can make a brief comment or may ask the Commission to schedule a topic for further discussion at a future meeting.
  2. Presentations:
    A.Presentation by Eric Stone /Sea Scouts, BSA
  3. Action Items:
    A. Approve Resolution 18-012, accepting the Airport Obstruction Removal Project as complete.
    B. Approve transfer of Hangar L-1 from Renquist to Goring.
    While auditing hangar occupants staff noted that according to San Juan County hangar L-1 had been sold in late 2012, and the Sublicensee had not satisfied the requirements of the lease to obtain Port approval for transfer of the sublicense to the new hangar owners. Staff will present an Assignment and Consent to Assignment of Sublicense to transfer the sublicense to the current owners.
  4. Discussion Items:
    A. Preliminary 2019 budget
    Staff will present the preliminary 2019 Budget for discussion.
    B. 2019 Fees & Charges schedule
    Staff will discuss the Fees & Charges schedule with the Commissioners.
  5. Regular Business
    A. Approve vouchers and payroll.
  6. Staff Reports
  7. Port Commissioner and Committee Reports
  8. Citizen comments/requests: Citizens can make a brief comment or may ask the Commission to schedule a topic for further discussion at a future meeting
  9. Adjourn
