Update on Mi Casita

Carol Ford from Mi Casita writes to share this update on the quest for a kitchen vent hood that has forced the unfortunate temporary closure of the restaurant. Luckily, there’s light at the end of the tunnel…
The range hood is scheduled to arrive in Bellingham Monday sometime! Gregg is not taking any chances so he will be in Bellingham waiting to pick up the precious cargo and bring it home himself.
Jim will install it Tuesday morning (Yay for Jim’s Heating!)
If all goes according to plan, Mi Casita will be open for business at 4:00 on Tuesday!
