Peter Kilpatrick has sold Ravenhill Construction, Inc. to longtime employees Credence Ross, Mike Murphy and Orion Powell. Peter will continue in a management role as a consultant for two years. This will allow the new partners to focus on supervision and completion of their individual construction projects and ensure a smooth transition.
Ravenhill has been building custom homes in San Juan County since 1980 and is recognized as one of the leading builders of unique homes in the Pacific Northwest. We will continue our tradition of quality, creativity and comprehensive management which has resulted in a body of work that has been frequently awarded and showcased in both regional and national publications as well as architectural competitions.
Staying on with Ravenhill are several skilled and experienced project foremen including Lloyd Thompson, Dan Bacon, Eric Powell and Steve Cutting. Longtime Office Manager Shelle Cropper will contribute her years of experience with company organization and oversight of sub-contractors, employees and clients. Sean O’Connell will be continuing his work in the office, helping with all stages of project management. In the cabinet shop adjoining the office, Joe Cooper Design, LLC will maintain focus on cabinetry and its interface with interior finish design. Jonathan Hu will continue to work alongside Ravenhill as an independent designer, specializing in innovative design-build solutions.
Ravenhill is looking forward to a seamless transition with this new partnership and will continue to develop a close working relationship with each client, providing detailed guidance during the planning and execution of each construction project.
