A Reminder: Skagit Valley College (SVC) is offering a unique self-help program that has become an important bridge between ancient wisdom, Western medicine, and modern life science.
Yi Ren Qigong Foundation 1A provides the tools to activate and keep your energetic battery charged to empower your life and allow you to make life changes. The class meets at SVC San Juan Center on Thursdays, 5:30 – 7:00pm, October 3 through November 21.
In addition to numerous physical benefits (see this earlier post on the Update) practitioners develop enhanced connection to inner wisdom, increased gratitude, and appreciation that we are all part of the natural world. They typically feel a new sense of authentic self, which brings greater security, joy and peace.
Raise your vibration. Join certified instructor Stephanie Prima for a fascinating journey. In her seven plus years of Qigong practice, she has remarkable first-hand experience of the life-transformative qualities of Yi Ren Qigong.
Class time is a combination of discussion, breathing exercises and gentle, meditative movements. It is appropriate for most fitness/health levels, ages 16 and up, and can be done standing or from a sitting position.
Cost is $90; for more information: http://bit.ly/MIM-Qigong. Call the college to register, 360.378.3220 by Oct 2nd.
