Jayne Siroshton, Owner, Rookscroft and Company
I am happy to announce that I will be reopening my little shop Rookscroft and Company in town next spring.
I know this has been a hard year for many of us and the opportunity to be back in the community and offer a little extra magic and whimsy is very exciting.
If you haven’t visited Rookscroft before, it’s a shop featuring my many animal friends and the fantastical world that they share. After a year of working hard from home, there are new characters, a second book, “The Circus of the Crescent Moon” and a myriad of silly delights to tempt you.
Our new location is on Spring Street opposite the chocolate shop. To find us, keep an eye out for a hanging sign featuring Whittington the sailer cat and Samuel Sippers a rather large Walrus who is insisting on standing in the window.

Oh so glad to know Jane!! I have looked for you and wondered if you “gave up the ghost”, no! Your talent and whimsy of characters is too vital to the imagination and need for diversion. I always love coming in and seeing what’s new! I knew you had planned, pre Covid to move near Hermosa, near The bean, but noticed that space was no longer yours. Hmm, bummer I thought. Sounds like the new move will be even better for your visibility and more to enjoy your work as people walk about. Congrats! Look forward Pam
