The University of Washington’s Friday Harbor Laboratories has an opening as a visitor coordinator.
This is a fulltime, salaried position, that earns $4,116 per month plus benefits.
Staff is seeking an energetic multitasker, detail-oriented and good with numbers, to coordinate the use of facilities at Friday Harbor Labs.
The employee will process applications from visiting researchers, conferences, retreats, and field trips; prioritize, coordinate and schedule use of housing, meeting spaces, and other facilities; make reservations and generate estimates and final charges; monitor budgets and provide administrative support and coordination to central office operations.
