County Survey Assesses Unvaccinated Islanders 65 and Older

From San Juan County

To bet­ter under­stand the cur­rent need for vac­ci­na­tions for San Juan Coun­ty res­i­dents 65 and old­er, San Juan Coun­ty Health and Com­mu­ni­ty Ser­vices asks that those who meet all of the four mea­sures below fill out a sim­ple form:

  1. A San Juan Coun­ty res­i­dent (short term or long term), and
  2. Age 65 or old­er, and
  3. Cur­rent­ly unvac­ci­nat­ed, and
  4. Inter­est­ed in being vaccinated.
