December real estate market snapshot

The Simonson and Zambrovitz Team at Coldwell Banker San Juan Island send along their real estate market snapshot for the San Juan Islands for December.
The total number of home sales on San Juan Island is 40 percent less than during the same period last year, but prices are nearly 25 percent higher.
