Are there any photos of the Valley Cemetery? I ask because my relatives Richard & Robert Scurr, Jerusha Hill, William M Taylor, Elsie Cora (Taylor) Hill were all exhumed from there about 1930+/- and taken to Ferndale Cemetery where there are no headstones commemorating them. I ask these questions as I have heard a rumor or two that there were headstones at the Valley Cemetery but not transferred to Ferndale. If anyone might know how to solve these mysteries I would be grateful. Annetta (Hill) Scurr was my great Aunt and she was the one that bought the plots in Ferndale and attempted to keep the whole family together! I am at a geographic disadvantage and would appreciate any insight! Thank you, Jeff Tkac Bakersfield, Ca USA
