Hardly anybody in Greenland reads the Update.....

Hardly anybody in Greenland reads the Update.....

It’s neat to look at the Google Analytics map & see that readers all over the world read the San Juan Update…the darker green countries all have Update readers in them, in the last month.

Would you mind letting me know where YOU are? Just hit the “comment” link at the bottom of this posting & you can drop a note where you are. It’ll be good to hear from you!!!

  1. Hey, Ian! Remember me?

I met you in Milwaukee when you worked for the population group back in 2001. I’ve been hoping to move to San Juan or Orcas since then, and read the Update every day with the other news that I check. I live in Buenos Aires now, but will come to visit the islands this summer in November or December. Thanks for what you do! Love all the pictures! Saludos, A

  5. I’m in Scotland, but you knew that, because I wrote to you looking for whale information last year. Thanks for your help. It is fun to read your news, and I hope to come to your island from my island next year or so. Maybe we can watch the World Cup while I am there.

  13. Hey Ian,
I’ve been reading for years from Sebastopol, California, where I live. Right now, however, I am reading from Fairbanks, Alaska, while I’m attending a conference, and for two months every year, I am reading from the Patagonian region in southwest Argentina, where I do biological field work. So, by myself, I read from north to south! and enjoy it greatly!

    Thanks, Julie
