From Gene Kelly’s moves in “Singin’ in the Rain” to the intense Spanish Paso Doble, Cinemagic brings the dances and sounds of the silver screen to San Juan Community Theatre on Saturday, April 20 at 7:30 p.m.
The Utah Ballroom Dance Company’s production features majestic, scintillating choreography performed by some of the top ballroom dancers in the world. Breath-taking lifts, beautiful costumes, enchanting theatrical story lines and a variety of ballroom dances characterize the performance.
The company is the United States National Formation Champions in both Latin American and Standard/Ballroom dancing and maintains a touring program that has visited more than 75 cities around the world.
The Business Partners for this performance are Mirabella Skin Care, Waterworks Gallery and San Juan Interiors. Tickets are $20 for adults and $10 for student reserved. $5 Student RUSH will be available at the door. A private donor has made provision for free tickets to anyone needing financial assistance to attend a Theatre event.
The SJCT Box Office is open Tuesdays-Fridays, 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Saturdays 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., and one hour before any performance. Call 360-378-3210, or surf to www.sjctheatre.org.
