Consider your health as your most priceless asset. Designed for self-motivated individuals who would like to take charge of their health in the most sensible and economical ways, this series of seminars explains the intricate relationship between breath, movement, nutrition and a healthy immune system.

Sundays, August 6th, 13th, 20th, 27th from 9:00 to 11:00 am

Week 2:

  • Breathing: Science of breath and its health applications
  • How to breath for optimal health or to heal and restore
  • How to breath to be calm, centered, and clear minded
  • Breathing techniques: why and how
  • Spirit vs day to day living

Week 3:

  • Movement & Sensory integration
  • Grounded body, fluid mind
  • Fluid body, grounded mind
  • The health of our cellular, respiratory and immune system
  • Joint mobility: the art of feelings
  • Individual practice

Week 4:

  • Precaution is better than cure
  • Air and water in relation to health
  • Practical application: 5 Keys
  • Personal choices vs global awareness
  • Vision and Empowerment
  • Sense of value / purpose

This program is to inspire people who wish to make wiser choices in life. Vibrant health is about living to the fullest. Don’t we feel happiest when our bodies are flexible and our minds at ease? Did you know that prevention is far better (and more cost effective) than cure? This course challenges you to live up to your potentials and provides the wisdom and tools for you to thrive and be self-reliant.

The 10 step program has been designed to enhance the overall quality of your life. It makes self-care comprehensive, easy to follow, and deeply gratifying. A gem for health-conscious people, it offers up a pathway to joyful living. You will gain a deeper understanding about your body and movement, as well as special breathing techniques and many other practical tools to optimize your faculties.

Taught by:
Katerina Wen. M.Ed. Dipl.Hom., develops and teaches self-care courses to educators, hospice caregivers, yoga/movement teachers, and health providers. In addition to her 20 years of teaching, she shares personal wisdom from her own healing journey: the road to recovery from injuries and multiple health challenges. She provides guidance and expertise that empower people to be more self reliant in taking care of their health and wellbeing.”
