In the summer of 2014 Joe Niichel hiked the entire Pacific Crest Trail – a 2,650-mile-long hike that took 4½ months.
Long Distance hiking and why and how people take on the challenges of long distance hiking are just a few things Joe will discuss.
Refreshments are courtesy of the Friends of the Library and the San Juan Island Trails Committee.
