Our count is set for Saturday, December 30th. Teams will be assigned areas within the 15-mile diameter circle to count all the birds in their area. I am still working on getting island leaders sorted out but I will be the coordinator for SJI and the overall coordinator.

If you have questions or would like to participate, please let me know.

Cheers,

For those interested in doing the count on Lopez please contact Lopez coordinator Beth St. George [email protected] if you want to participate. She has information on which areas are covered and which need more coverage. If you have feeder counts or yard counts there please contact her also to be sure you are in the circle and there is no overlap. I will be sending any questions about Lopez to Beth so it is best to contact her directly. We have had some confusion in the past when folks do not work with the island coordinator so please work with Beth as she is the best!
