According to Jack Estrada, chief administrative officer (interim), these awards represent an important recognition from the industry’s leader in measuring, understanding and improving the patient experience. “We’re thrilled and very honored to be recognized with both of these achievements,” Estrada said, “Caregivers in our emergency department work collaboratively to respond to patient needs and  consistently deliver safe, exceptional patient care. It’s a commitment to quality and service that we share with our community.”

“The caregivers of these award-winning organizations touch the lives of countless millions across the country every day, and we are honored to recognize their extraordinary work,” said Patrick T. Ryan, chief executive officer of Press Ganey, “To achieve these levels of success, leaders embraced the humanity of health care. They listened to the voices of caregivers and consumers and leveraged rich data and insights to inform targeted improvement strategies and drive the level of transformation needed to consistently deliver safe, high-quality care in the complex health care environment. Their ongoing focus on clinical and service excellence is particularly crucial as the pandemic continues to challenge their day-to-day operations. The accomplishments of our clients are truly remarkable and inspiring, and we are proud to partner with them in this noble work.”
