Last Tues­day the San Juan Coun­ty Coun­cil approved a res­o­lu­tion that allows the Coun­ty’s Con­ser­va­tion Land Bank to pro­ceed with the $800,000 pur­chase of a 40-acre prop­er­ty adja­cent to the Land Bank’s exist­ing Cady Moun­tain Pre­serve.
