Hospital Contract Is Amended

An agreement negotiated a few weeks ago by representatives of PeaceHealth Peace Island Hospital and the Public Health District on San Juan to reduce the annual subsidy paid to the hospital by the district by $50,000 was approved last Wednesday evening by a vote of 3-2.
