86 new COVID cases on San Juan Island

The San Juan Coun­ty Depart­ment of Emer­gency Man­age­ment reports 86 con­firmed or prob­a­ble new COVID cas­es on San Juan Island since Jan. 21. Beach cleanup at Jackson’s on Jan. 29
