All residents of San Juan Island who are 60 years of age or over or disabled are eligible to vote for members of the Mullis Center’s Operations Committee. The Operations Committee is an all-volunteer advisory committee to the Mullis Center. The committee oversees the management, maintenance and use of the facility coordinating with Senior Services.
