For Thursday January 16, 2020 – Schools will be on a two hour delayed start schedule due to road conditions. Buses will be on “Snow Routes”. Please make safe decisions.

The San Juan Island School District will be asking for voter support this coming February 11, 2020 in a special election for reauthorization of the Capital and Technology levy for the years 2021-2024. Fred Woods Named as Final Candidate for School District Superintendent

At the December 18, 2019 regular School Board Meeting, The San Juan Island School District Board of Directors named Fred Woods as the final candidate for the position of Superintendent of San Juan Island School District, pending contract negotiations. Through a focused mentoring plan, Mr. Woods has been conferring regularly with current Superintendent, Kari McVeigh. Continue Reading

We will also celebrate the school/community collaboration that lead to the development of the District’s Strategic Plan 2020-2025. All are welcome!
