2020 Detached Accessory Dwelling Units

San Juan Coun­ty Depart­ment of Com­mu­ni­ty Devel­op­ment (DCD) is now accept­ing eli­gi­bil­i­ty appli­ca­tions for detached ADU per­mits pro­posed out­side of urban growth areas and activ­i­ty cen­ters.
