Repairs to Sec­ond Street are pro­gress­ing as antic­i­pat­ed. Asphalt is being laid at the inter­sec­tion of Sec­ond Street and Blair Avenue. The Con­trac­tor will begin road­work from Reed Street to the Court Street inter­sec­tions lat­er in the week.
