CDC issues Romaine Lettuce Alert

The Centers for Disease Control (CDC), public health officials in several states, Canada and FDA are investigating a multistate outbreak of Shiga toxin-producing E. coli O157:H7 infections linked to romaine lettuce. It’s World Polio Day
