A professional director, playwright, actor, and teacher from Seattle is the new Executive/Artistic Director at SJCT. After a nationwide search, the SJCT Board of Trustees recently appointed Nathan Kessler-Jeffrey to take the helm at the 29-year-old performing arts organization. Last weekend, the San Juan Singers performed “Christmas at Our House” written by local composer Richard Hieronymus with lyricist Peggy Browning. A member of the chorus, Bert Dayton, arranged the song for the chorus. When asked about his song, Hieronymus said, “It’s funny how time flies.
